Role Overview:As an Assistant Manager in the InterCompany Reconciliation team at EYs Financial Services division in Hyderabad/Gurgaon/Chennai/Bangalore/Mumbai, you will have the opportunity to work on various technical aspects related to Treasury Accounting, Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, EU FINREP, Variance Analysis, Accounting Schema Set Up, Technical Skillset, Change Management, Process Automation & Standardization, and Team Leadership & Development. Your role will involve ensuring technical excellence, utilizing key skills and attributes, and contributing to the overall success of the team.Key Responsibilities:- Technical Excellence: - Work on IFRS9 accounting covering hedge accounting, derivative accounting, and treasury products. - Oversee accounting treatment, accounting schema, and reporting for complex financial instruments. - Lead the preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures in accordance with IFRS. - Experience with EU FINREP regulatory reporting aligned with IFRS financial statements. - Conduct detailed QoQ/MoM variance analysis for effective management reporting and audit readiness. - Design and implement accounting schemas for new products and transactions. - Drive process automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. - Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, conducting regular performance appraisals and career development planning.Qualification Required:- Chartered Accountant (Preferred), ACCA, or MBA- 8-10 years of relevant experienceAdditional Details:With more than 200,000 clients globally and 33,000 people in India, EY offers a dynamic work environment where you can collaborate with market-leading professionals.
