Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be joining our interior design team at Draftora Designs as an Assistant Sales Manager. Your main responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their design needs, and provide them with personalized interior design solutions. You will play a crucial role in achieving and exceeding sales targets by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and closing sales deals. Collaboration with the design team and other departments will be essential to ensure successful project execution.Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Understand client preferences, requirements, and budget constraints. - Provide personalized interior design solutions tailored to each clients needs.- Sales and Business Development: - Identify and target potential clients in residential projects. - Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold-calling, and walk-in clients. - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients in our experience centre. - Negotiate estimation and close sales deals. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Product Knowledge: - Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends and product offerings. - Educate clients on the features and benefits of our interior design services and products. - Collaborate with the design team to ensure a deep understanding of our design portfolio.- Collaboration: - Work closely with the interior design team to ensure the successful execution of projects. - Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, lead data opportunities, and client satisfaction.- Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. - Provide regular sales reports to management.Qualifications:- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Knowledge and passion for interior design and related products.- Strong negotiation and closing skills.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Detail-oriented and organized.- Previous experience in interior design sales is a must.Additional Details:Draftora Designs is an interior design company dedicated to creating inspiring and functional spaces for our clients.
