Job Description

    As an Associate Customer Service Manager in the Rural Banking department, your role involves managing and scaling up the retail banking business for the branch in the most cost-efficient and technology-effective manner. You will lead customer service and branch operations, ensuring the daily upkeep of the designated branch. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the customer life cycle, fulfill customer requests, and provide best-in-class service.Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations and administration of the branch, ensuring strict compliance with the Banks policies and procedures.- Oversee branch operations and service delivery to customers in the rural network.- Perform data entry tasks such as application forms, creation of customer IDs, and accounts.- Conduct file/document checking, including KYC verification and loan document verification.- Handle cash and clearing transactions efficiently.- Maintain a good audit rating for the branch.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best-in-class service delivery.- Drive the implementation of critical operational and regulatory practices such as compliance and operational risk management.- Implement quality initiatives to optimize processes, improve TAT, and enhance SLAs.- Utilize automation and digitization tools to increase process efficiency.Qualifications Required:- Graduation in BA/BCom/BBA/BSc/BTech/BE or any other graduate degree.- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Banking or allied Business.In addition to the job requirements and responsibilities, the role of Associate Customer Service Manager in the Rural Banking department offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the branch while ensuring exceptional service delivery to customers.
