Job Description

    Role Overview:As an Associate HR Operations Generalist at NTT DATA, you will be an entry-level subject matter expert responsible for supporting various operational aspects of the employee lifecycle. Your role will include tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS management, and employee record maintenance. Attention to detail and organizational abilities will be crucial to ensure the smooth execution of HR operations.Key Responsibilities:- Support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.- Assist in ensuring HR activities and processes comply with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.- Utilize HR data to generate insights, trends, and metrics for decision-making and process improvements.- Contribute to organizational change initiatives within HR operations and provide guidance to employees during transitions.- Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and ensure seamless operations.- Utilize HRIS software for data management, reporting, and analysis to maintain data accuracy and integrity.- Perform any other related tasks as required.Qualification Required:- Basic understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices across various functions.- Familiarity with HRIS software and tools for efficient data management, reporting, and analytics.- Ability to interpret HR data to generate meaningful insights for strategic decision-making.- Good written and verbal communication skills to convey complex HR concepts effectively.- Some analytical skills to identify HR challenges, propose solutions, and make informed decisions.- Capability to support HR projects from inception to completion.Academic Qualifications and Certifications:- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.Required Experience:- Entry-level experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.- Entry-level experience working with HRIS software and other HR-related tools.- Entry-level experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator.- Entry-level administrative support experience.Note: Workplace type is On-site Working.About NTT DATA:NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
