Job Description

    Role Overview:YASH Technologies is seeking Marketing Professionals to join their team in Hyderabad. As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives. Working closely with senior marketing leadership, sales teams, and external partners, you will be responsible for executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and strengthening brand presence across various channels.Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels- Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution, including content, timelines, and approvals- Assist in launching product, service, or brand initiatives- Contribute to the creation and review of marketing content such as website copy, blogs, case studies, presentations, and thought leadership assets- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints- Support digital marketing initiatives including SEO, paid campaigns, social media, and email marketing- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools- Identify insights and recommend improvements based on data- Work closely with sales and account teams to align marketing activities to business priorities- Support lead generation, sales enablement materials, and customer communication initiatives- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights- Assist in updating buyer personas, positioning, and messaging frameworks- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and content partners as needed- Manage marketing assets, documentation, and campaign calendarsQualification Required:- MBA / Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications- 24 years of proven experience in a marketing role- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign management- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Analytical mindset with attention to detail- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with marketing tools is a plusAdditional Company Details (if any):At YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
