Were proud to be expanding and reaching new heights in Hyderabad.Join us as we create something extraordinary together.Job Summary**We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AVP - Scrum Master to lead multiple software engineering teams within our Platform Modernization initiative. This role is crucial for fostering agile practices, removing impediments, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions as we transform our technology platforms.Job Responsibilities**Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings for multiple development teams. Guide and coach the teams on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers. Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove them. Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or judgment, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving. Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work. Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information. Support the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the backlog and ensure clear communication of product goals and requirements. Lead efforts to continuously improve team performance, efficiency, and collaboration. Work closely with other Scrum Masters and project leads to coordinate efforts and manage dependencies across the Platform Modernization program. Monitor and report on team progress, identifying potential risks and proactively implementing mitigation strategies. Champion a culture of continuous delivery and technical excellence.Job Qualifications**Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master for multiple software development teams. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) required; SAFe certification is a plus. Proven track record of successfully leading agile transformations and delivering complex software projects. Deep understanding of Agile principles, methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and scaling frameworks. Strong servant leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience with platform modernization initiatives, including migration to cloud-native architectures or microservices, is highly desirable. Proficiency with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.LPL Global Business Services, LLP - PRIVACY POLICY
