As a BI Reporting Specialist at Infosys, your role will involve designing intuitive dashboards, automating complex reporting workflows, and empowering stakeholders with data-driven decision-making tools. If you are passionate about working with Power BI, advanced Excel, and VBA automation, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver engaging, high-performance Power BI dashboards and reports- Build efficient data models using DAX, calculated measures, and tables- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and optimize datasets for performance- Perform advanced data transformations using Power Query- Analyze large and complex datasets to derive meaningful business insights- Develop automated and scalable reporting solutions using Advanced Excel- Create management dashboards, KPIs, performance metrics, and ad-hoc reports- Design and maintain robust VBA macros to streamline repetitive processes- Build custom Excel tools for data validation, reconciliation, and processing- Enhance and optimize existing VBA solutions for reliability and efficiency- Ensure high levels of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and error handling- Maintain proper documentation and version control for reporting assets- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs- Translate requirements into effective technical and analytical solutions- Present dashboards and insights clearly to business leaders and stakeholdersQualifications Required:- Technical Expertise: - Power BI: End-to-end dashboard development, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, visualization best practices, Power BI Service - Excel (Advanced): Power Pivot, Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH, complex formulas - VBA: Strong experience in automation, macros, and custom Excel solutions- Soft Skills: - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities independently - High attention to detail with solid documentation practicesPreferred Experience:- 27 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting- Exposure to domains such as Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, or Analytics- Proven track record of delivering automated reporting solutions and interactive dashboardsIf you are ready to work with cutting-edge BI technologies, solve real-world data challenges, and make a tangible impact on business decisions while growing your career in a collaborative environment, apply now and take the next step in your career with Infosys.
