Job Description

    You will be joining as a Business Operations Analyst in the Customer Experience organization, focusing on global order management and strategic customer operations in Bangalore, India. Your role will involve managing end-to-end SLA order execution within SAP Fiori, developing Power BI dashboards, and supporting automation/AI initiatives. This is a strategic customer operations position aimed at ensuring a seamless customer journey through data-driven insights and process automation.**Key Responsibilities:**- Serve as a key operational resource within the Customer Experience team, managing SLA order processes within SAP Fiori.- Validate purchase orders against approved quotes, ensuring accuracy in pricing, billing terms, and contract structure.- Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting customer experience, such as PO discrepancies and billing inconsistencies.- Support end-to-end customer journey by ensuring operational processes are efficient and scalable.- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards supporting sales performance, order backlog, and customer experience metrics.- Identify opportunities for automation and AI enablement to improve order processing efficiency and reporting capabilities.- Leverage SAP Fiori and supporting tools to continuously improve SLA order processes and support process standardization.**Qualification Required:**- BE/B.Tech / BSC/ BCA**Additional Company Details:**Vistance Networks shapes the future of communications technology, delivering solutions that bring reliability and performance to a dynamic world.
