    As a Cloud Inside Sales Representative based in Pune, your role will involve generating leads, managing client accounts, and promoting cloud services. You will work closely with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.**Key Responsibilities:**- Coordinate with technical teams- Foster strong customer relationships- Meet sales targets aligned with companys growth objectives**Qualifications:**- Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service- Expertise in Account Management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams- Experience in cloud, AI, or managed services is a plus- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredThis full-time, on-site position based in Pune is open to Freshers with any Graduate degree, where candidates with internship experience in sales will have an added advantage.
