    As a Core HR Executive at Adaminfotech Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, your role will involve handling various HR operations and managing the employee lifecycle effectively. Key Responsibilities:- Employee Onboarding and Documentation- Employee Records Management- Attendance and Leave Management- Payroll Coordination and Input Validation- Employee Relations and Grievance Handling- Performance Management Support- HR Policy Administration and Compliance- Employee Engagement Activities- Exit Management and Full & Final Settlement- Maintaining HRMS and Employee DatabasesQualifications Required:- Core HR experience of 3-5 years- Experience in Consultancy, Staffing, IT Services, or Recruitment firms- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR processes- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferredAdaminfotech Pvt Ltd is a dynamic organization based in Hyderabad, offering a competitive salary of up to 40,000 per month for the position of Core HR Executive.
