As a Custom Software Engineering Consultant at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in balancing increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Your deep functional and technical expertise will drive marketing performance while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services, Customer Engagement, and Media Growth Services.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise:** Utilize in-depth knowledge of SFMC functionalities including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.- **Campaign Management:** Configure and customize SFMC components including data extensions, email templates, and automations.- **Best Practices:** Implement email marketing best practices including deliverability, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.- **Problem Solving:** Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues related to SFMC and campaign execution.- **Collaboration:** Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- **Attention to Detail:** Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with accuracy and consistency across coding and email rendering.- **Proficiency in HTML and CSS:** Code responsive HTML email templates to render consistently across various email clients and devices.- **Email Design Best Practices:** Understand email design principles to create visually appealing email campaigns.- **API Integration:** Utilize API integration to fully leverage SFMCs capabilities.- **Reporting and Analysis:** Analyze campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights.- **Graphic Design:** Apply basic graphic design skills to create visual elements for email templates.- **A/B Testing:** Set up and analyze A/B tests to optimize email campaign performance.- **Accessibility:** Ensure emails are inclusive and compliant with accessibility standards.
