Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Custom Software Engineering Sr Analyst at Accenture, your primary role will be to design, implement, develop, and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will be responsible for balancing increased marketing complexity with diminishing resources, driving marketing performance through deep functional and technical expertise, and accelerating time-to-market and operational efficiencies at scale. Your key responsibilities will include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems, campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing teams and project managers to understand business requirements and develop comprehensive execution/workflow for marketing automation strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Provide technical leadership by leading a team of SFMC developers and SMEs, offering guidance, support, and mentoring, and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Design, configure, and implement various components of SFMC, including journeys, automation workflows, email templates, landing pages, and data extensions, while ensuring scalability and maintainability. Oversee data integration between SFMC and other systems (e.g., CRM, CMS) to enable seamless data flow for personalized and targeted marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered effectively, on time, and meeting the desired outcomes. Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and features, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder, and Audience Builder. Implement and manage marketing automation campaigns, including audience segmentation, journey creation, and analytics. Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure seamless data flow. Utilize AMPscript and SQL to customize email content, create complex data filters, and perform advanced data manipulations. Provide strong leadership to guide and mentor a team of SFMC developers and administrators. Analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
