    As an Investor Servicing Executive in the Customer Support team, your role will involve handling customer and investor queries through inbound calls and in-person interactions. You will be responsible for providing accurate information and timely resolutions to service requests, ensuring all customer requests are processed within defined timelines, and coordinating with internal teams to track and process service-related requests.
