Job Description

    As an Inside Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing inbound sales inquiries, preparing commercial proposals, and supporting business growth through effective customer engagement and follow-up. Your strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills will be essential, along with your experience in costing, quotation preparation, and customer relationship management. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting product and company certification audits.Responsibilities:- Handle inbound sales inquiries and customer requests efficiently.- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations to customers in a timely manner.- Perform product costing and pricing calculations accurately.- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.- Follow up on submitted quotations and proposals to maximize conversion rates.- Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement to ensure seamless sales activities.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and order status for future reference.- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business.- Assist in product, quality, and company certification audits by providing necessary documentation and support.- Monitor market trends and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities promptly.- Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and efficient resolution of any issues that may arise.Qualifications:- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.- 35 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, valves, pumps, engineering products, or related industries will be preferred.Skills:- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and interact effectively with multiple stakeholders.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.- Knowledge of costing, pricing, and quotation preparation.- Good analytical and organizational skills.- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP/CRM systems.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of performing in a fast-paced environment.Experience:- Approximately 35 years of relevant experience.Location:- Mumbai, Maharashtra.
