    Role Overview:You will be working as a Customer Support Representative for Fini, an AI-driven customer support solution used by mid-market and enterprise B2C companies in various industries. Your main responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, providing solutions to support-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving troubleshooting concerns.
