Job Description

    Role Overview:We are seeking Customer Service Sales Representatives / Sales Associates to support our e-commerce customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, assisting with sales, and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and general support.- Efficiently resolve customer issues while maintaining a professional demeanor.- Provide accurate information about products and services.- Deliver excellent customer service and identify potential sales opportunities.- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.Qualifications Required:- Prior experience handling US customers is mandatory.- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.- Experience in handling calls and interacting with US clients/customers.- Ability to work in a hardcore night shift (US shift).- Comfortable working night shifts and weekends on rotational shifts.- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.- Include the number 57 in the screening question Recommendation to indicate youve read the job description.
