Job Description

    As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, and providing information about services. Your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction by offering prompt, friendly, and efficient service.Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat in a timely manner.- Identify customer issues and provide solutions, troubleshooting, or escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.- Maintain a thorough understanding of services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.- Gather customer feedback and relay any trends or issues to the management team to improve service quality.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and any follow-up actions taken.- Ensure all customer interactions and processes comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications Required:- Basic verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate information to customers.- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.Please note that this is a Full-Time job based in India, specifically in HSR Layout, with a requirement for 12th Pass education. This role is open for both male and female candidates, with no prior experience needed as it is suitable for freshers.
