Job Description

    As a Voice Customer Support Agent, your role will involve handling inbound customer service calls from US-based customers. The main responsibilities include:- Handling inbound customer calls and providing prompt, accurate, and courteous support.- Understanding customer issues and offering effective resolutions as per process guidelines.- Providing information related to products, services, or general inquiries.- Following standard operating procedures and maintaining quality and compliance standards.- Maintaining professionalism, empathy, and clarity in every interaction.- Meeting process KPIs such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and schedule adherence.Qualifications required for this position include:- Education: PG / Graduate / Undergraduate / Drop-outs / HSC / SSC- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and confident voice.- Ability to work in US rotational shifts (Window - 7 PM to 8 AM).- Comfortable with rotational week offs.- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.Key Skills desired for this role:- Good verbal English communication skills.- Active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
