Job Description

    As a Customer Service Representative I at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will play a crucial role in performing high-end order processing tasks for assigned regions using various applications like Oracle JD Edwards, SAP, BaaN, PRMS, Macola, AS400, and others. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in activities that enhance the customer experience and ensure adherence to company procedures, policies, and systems. It will be your duty to meet performance metrics and SLAs while maintaining daily turnaround time for orders as per the set TAT guidelines. Proactively identifying and resolving issues that may impact business processes will also be part of your responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:- Perform high-end order processing tasks using multiple applications- Enhance customer experience by engaging in various activities- Ensure adherence to company procedures, policies, and systems- Meet performance metrics and SLAs- Maintain daily turnaround time for orders as per set TAT guidelines- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact business processesQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree preferably in Arts, Science, Commerce, or Business Administration- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Order Management- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Highly thorough, organized, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt and respond to different tasks- Willingness to work in Night ShiftsAs a Customer Service Representative-Order Management at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you are expected to represent the company well by being responsible, punctual, and self-motivated.
