Role Overview We are seeking enthusiastic, solutionfocused individuals to become Customer Service Representatives on our International Voice team based in Hyderabad. This role offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home or from a modern office environment, depending on your preference. As a frontline ambassador, you will be responsible for expediting orders, resolving postsale issues, and delivering worldclass support through email, chat, and phone channels. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in expediting orders and resolving postsale problems with speed and empathy. Communicate with customers via mail, live chat, and telephone, ensuring clear and professional interactions. Navigate customer accounts using arenaflexs proprietary software tools, research order histories, and review policies to provide accurate solutions. Identify recurring issues, suggest process improvements, and contribute to a fun, highenergy work environment. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with arenaflex standards. Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsincluding logistics, finance, and technical supportto resolve complex queries. Participate in ongoing training sessions, knowledgebase updates, and qualityassurance initiatives. Essential Qualifications Minimum education 102 (Higher Secondary). Graduates and postgraduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Fluent English communication skillsboth written and verbalare mandatory. Demonstrated ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment. Excellent listening, comprehension, and problemsolving abilities. Proficiency with desktop/laptop computers, Windows 7 (or later), Microsoft Outlook, and web browsers. Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy. Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills Previous experience in a callcenter or customerservice role, especially in ecommerce or technology sectors. Familiarity with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and ordermanagement tools. Ability to quickly learn arenaflexs internal processes, policies, and product catalogues. Strong analytical mindsetcapable of interpreting data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Demonstrated resilience and a positive attitude when handling challenging customer interactions.
