Our SanDimas, CA hub serves as a strategic crossroads where talent meets technology, and where hybrid work models foster both collaboration and flexibility.Why This Role MattersAs a Service Delivery Representative at arenaflex, you will be the connective tissue between our riskcompliance group, client payroll teams, and partner banks. Your ability to examine, assess, and synthesize data will directly influence the quality of information we deliver to our clients, helping them navigate regulatory landscapes and maintain flawless payroll operations. This is a 6month contract position with a clear pathway to permanent employment for highperforming candidates.Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to payroll processing, risk compliance documentation, and data verification. Collect, clean, and analyze payroll and compliance data using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, nested formulas, macros) to generate accurate reports for internal teams and external stakeholders. Collaborate closely with the riskcompliance group to ensure that all client data meets regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks. Maintain and update client payroll records in our proprietary systems, ensuring timely and errorfree processing of payroll cycles. Coordinate with partner banks to reconcile payroll disbursements, resolve discrepancies, and facilitate smooth fund transfers. Provide administrative support for the riskcompliance team, including preparation of audit documentation, scheduling of compliance reviews, and tracking of action items. Deliver clear, concise communicationboth written and verbalto clients, internal teams, and senior leadership, translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced data integrity, presenting proposals to management for implementation. Adhere to arenaflexs datasecurity policies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all applicable privacy regulations.Essential Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2years in a callcenter or customerservice environment, preferably within financial services or payroll processing. Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skillsincluding VLOOKUP, complex formulas, and macro creationare mandatory. Familiarity with the broader Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. Communication: Demonstrated ability to write professional emails, create clear documentation, and articulate information verbally with confidence and poise. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications in finance, accounting, or data analysis is a plus. TechSavvy: Comfortable typing quickly and accurately, navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously, and learning new tools on the fly.Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) or financial compliance platforms. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, or statespecific payroll legislation. Exposure to datavisualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for presenting analytical findings.
