Job Description

    As a Customer Service Specialist at Greenlight, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:- Reviewing and processing customer support tickets related to account issues, payments, and disputes- Conducting account reviews, identity verification, and documentation checks- Escalating complex or fraud related cases- Logging and updating case details accurately in internal systems- Investigating issues using internal tools and policy guidelines- Meeting performance metrics like response time, resolution rate, and quality standards- Providing feedback to improve processes and tools- Effectively utilizing software and internal tools to navigate customer accounts and solve issues- Continuously engaging in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, product, and role- Adhering to all company policies and proceduresYou should possess the following qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent- Strong verbal and written English skills- Ability to work independently and stay focused during repetitive tasks- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and problem-solving skills- Ability to multi-task across systems and maintain composure under pressure- Proficiency with software, ideally CRM software, and strong typing skills- Experience in customer service and financial services is preferredThe shift timing for this position is 6:30 pm - 3:30 am local time (IST), which may include overnights and weekends based on business needs.
