Job Description

    As a Data Services Specialist, your role involves ensuring the highest quality in preventative/corrective data services activities. You will be responsible for identifying individual training requirements and supporting the training of existing and new activity processes. Your key responsibilities include:- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of activity associated with preventative/corrective data services in line with agreed delivery targets set by line management- Appropriately escalating information that influences, prevents, or impacts services and/or data quality to line management- Maintaining accurate and timely records of activity as required- Driving change quickly and effectively when targets, goals, and activity change- Setting clear objectives and targets, communicating them, and reviewing them monthly- Delivering excellent customer service to internal and external customers while adhering to current SLAs, targets, quality procedures, and standardsIn terms of qualifications and experience, we are looking for candidates with:- Recognized educational qualifications or relevant experience- Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge, particularly with Windows & MS Office software (Word & Excel)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to interpret and correctly action documented processesEducational Profile:- Minimum qualification: Graduation- Good Communication Skills- Ability to Speak Fluently- Verbal Grammar- Basic Understanding of Customer Service- Ability to Work in TeamsPersonal Attributes:- Natural Communicator (Essential)- Flexible to work in shifts (Essential)- Perception Skills (Essential)- Planning & Organization skills (Essential)- Team Player (Essential)- Energetic (Essential)- Positive Mindset (Essential) As a Data Services Specialist, your role involves ensuring the highest quality in preventative/corrective data services activities.
