Data Analyst - Power BI, Tableau & Python

Job Description

As a Data Analyst with 4-6 years of experience in Power BI/Tableau and Python, you will be joining a dynamic data analytics team in Bangalore. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Data Analysis: - Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Utilizing Python for data cleaning, transformation, and advanced analysis.- Data Visualization: - Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions primarily using Power BI or Tableau. - Designing, creating, and deploying reports using Power BI or Tableau. - Optimizing dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, and standardization.- Reporting: - Creating regular reports for stakeholders, including executive summaries and detailed data analysis. - Collaborating with business units to gather requirements and deliver data solutions tailored to their needs.- Data Management: - Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data through thorough validation and regular data quality checks. - Managing databases and data models to support analytical needs.- Collaboration: - Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions. - Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of data-driven strategies.- Continuous Improvement: - Staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and visualization. - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices.Qualifications:- Education: - Bachelors degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.- Experience: - 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on Power BI/Tableau and Python. - Proven track record of working with large and complex data sets.- Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau, with hands-on experience in developing and managing dashboards and reports. - Strong knowledge of Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis. - Experience with DAX and SQL for querying and managing data. - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and relational databases. - Certification in Tableau/Power BI will be a plus.- Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.Please note that there is no additional information about the company in the job description.
