Data Science Analyst - Media Analytics

Job Description

As a Senior Data Scientist specializing in Media Analytics, your role will involve supporting media use cases by leveraging your expertise in media analytics. You will be responsible for driving marketing measurement and optimization, delivering actionable insights, and providing data-backed recommendations to enhance media investments.Your key responsibilities will include:- Developing and implementing advanced analytics models for customer lifetime value, anomaly detection, and media mix modeling.- Solving complex media optimization problems and conducting A/B testing to evaluate proposed solutions.- Collaborating with domain leads and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design analytical and AI solutions aligned with the organizations strategy.- Supporting business teams in addressing analytical challenges and working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.- Deploying and maintaining scalable AI solutions, optimizing data queries, and documenting processes and solution artifacts.- Staying updated on the latest technologies and best practices to drive optimal business value and continuous improvement.- Promoting innovative thinking and seeking the best ways of working for teams and business partners.Qualifications required for this role include:- 7-8 years of experience in Data Science/Analytics with a focus on media measurement and marketing effectiveness.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields. Advanced degree preferred.- Proficiency in developing and implementing advanced analytics models such as Customer Lifetime Value, NLP, Look-Alike models, and Anomaly Detection.- Experience with Python, Spark, SQL, Databricks platform, Snowflake, Azure cloud services, MLOps techniques, and BI tools.- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Desired qualifications:- Experience with classification models, time series forecasting, customer lifetime value models, large language models (LLMs), and generative AI.- Preference for candidates from Retail, eCommerce, or CPG industry.By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to drive impactful recommendations linked to the organizations strategy and OKRs, while continuously improving processes and platforms to deliver optimal business value.
