Job Description

    As a Data Scientist specializing in Conversational AI and Generative AI, you will play a crucial role in advancing the AI initiatives of the company. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing intelligent conversational systems using advanced techniques, including Large Language Models (LLMs) from OpenAI.Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement Conversational AI solutions utilizing Generative AI and OpenAI models.- Fine-tune LLMs to enhance performance in conversational contexts.- Analyze large datasets to extract insights for model improvements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.- Conduct experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of AI implementations.- Stay updated on advancements in AI research and technology.Qualifications Required:- 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.- Strong understanding of Conversational AI and Generative AI, with experience in OpenAI technologies.- Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and prompt engineering.- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries.- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication skills for presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
