As a Data Scientist at our company, you will be a crucial member of the team, responsible for extracting valuable insights from data to support informed decision-making. Your expertise in statistics, machine learning, and programming will be key in developing innovative solutions to complex business problems.**Key Responsibilities:**- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable data science projects.- Collect, clean, and prepare large datasets for analysis.- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.- Develop and implement machine learning models for solving business problems like classification, regression, and recommendation systems.- Evaluate and validate the performance of machine learning models.- Communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences using clear visualizations and presentations.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science methodologies and tools.- Document your work thoroughly for future reference and collaboration.- Participate in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and infrastructure.- Maintain high coding standards and software development principles.**Qualifications:**- Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science or a related field.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.- Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure is a plus.- Experience with data wrangling and data cleaning techniques.- Understanding of database concepts, especially SQL, is an advantage.Please note: The job location is Pan India.
