Your responsibilities will include developing and enhancing our lifecycle engagement strategy, as well as evaluating campaign success through metrics and data to drive continuous improvement efforts.**Key Responsibilities:**- Analyze email data (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion) to derive insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders ongoing optimization- Optimize Social/SEM/affiliate campaigns through analysis and strategic adjustments- Oversee the production and execution of promotional and lifecycle email marketing activities for customers- Review, schedule, and ensure the quality of all outgoing emails**Qualifications:**- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience at a leading e-commerce, retail, or tech organization- Proficiency in email best practices and compliance- Knowledge of social media best practices and growth hacking techniques- Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze data sets and extract key insights- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities- Ability to work flexibly under tight deadlinesJoin us in this exciting journey of reshaping the engineering landscape and making a significant impact on the future of connectivity.
