Job Description

    As the Digital Marketing Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the global digital and integrated marketing strategy across TOF MOF BOF to drive revenue growth and meet pipeline targets. Your key responsibilities will include:- Leading a multi-functional global team across Paid Media, SEO, Web, ABM, Social, and Campaign Planning to execute campaigns aligned with business objectives.- Orchestrating end-to-end integrated campaigns from concept to execution while maintaining a consistent narrative across all channels.- Driving organic demand through SEO-led content and optimizing website performance for a high-converting digital experience.- Managing global paid and performance marketing efforts across various platforms to continuously improve ROI, CAC, and pipeline efficiency.- Owning the global MarTech stack in partnership with IT to enable advanced automation and attribution capabilities.- Establishing global reporting frameworks, dashboards, and governance standards while managing agencies and vendors.Qualifications Required:To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:- 12 years of experience in B2B digital and integrated marketing, preferably in enterprise software.- Proven leadership experience in paid media, SEO, web, ABM, and campaign operations.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Sales, SDRs, Geo, and Partner teams.- Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, SEO, CRO, lifecycle nurture, and performance measurement.- Track record of building scalable demand engines aligned with revenue goals.
