Job Description

    As a B2B Sales and Digital Marketing Expert, your role will involve contacting new and existing clients via telephone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and provide the best solutions for their business goals. You will be responsible for improving client experience, managing a portfolio of SMB clients, and providing pre and post-sales assistance for applicable products. It is essential for you to become an expert on all advertising solutions, identify trends, and solve problems effectively. Additionally, you will be required to provide product insights and feedback, produce success stories for advertisers, and utilize various tools to drive advertisers business success.Key Responsibilities:- Contact new and existing clients daily to identify sales opportunities and provide solutions- Drive optimal product adoption to enhance client experience- Manage a portfolio of SMB clients to grow revenue- Provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products- Become an expert on advertising solutions and identify trends- Share vital product insights and feedback from advertisers- Produce success stories for advertisers who have grown their business using the products- Utilize various tools to communicate and drive advertisers business successQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree- 1 to 3 years of experience in a Digital marketing/online sales organization- Proficiency in MS Office and use of voicemail and electronic mail systems- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and opportunities- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure- Comfortable contacting clients via phone, chat, or email- Bi-lingual agents: Native proficiency in the local language and B2 in EnglishPlease note that this position requires relocation to Malaysia and offers a monthly basic salary of RM 5hidden_mobile along with sales commissions. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, following the APAC market hours. Joining date for this role is 18th June 2025, and candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of total working experience.
