Job Description

    In this role as a Senior Manager in the Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice at Accenture, you will be responsible for solving customer-facing challenges across sales, service, and marketing to drive business transformation. With a minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 6 years in a relevant field, you will have the opportunity to work in locations such as Delhi, Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Mumbai.Key Responsibilities:- Develop digital marketing strategies and campaigns by analyzing economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customer needs, and monitoring competition.- Plan, design, and execute various digital marketing materials across channels like web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, consumer marketing, BTL, and display advertising.- Lead customer experience assessment, marketing and advertising process evaluation, KPI definition, and vendor assessment for different marketing technologies.- Design new campaign strategies, create marketing plans across channels and devices, and establish measurement and reporting frameworks to assess campaign performance.- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience, gather business requirements, and design solutions for marketing and advertising implementations.- Work on digital marketing, online media planning, email marketing, affiliate marketing, web analytics, SEO, social media marketing, CRM, market research, marketing analytics, PPC, content marketing, social analytics, and ORM tools.- Develop business cases for marketing solutions, support business development, and contribute to thought leadership in the campaign management and digital advertising space.- Collaborate with middle to senior management levels within organizations, handle clients, build and motivate diverse teams, and demonstrate leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and delegation skills.Qualifications Required:- Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 6 years in a relevant field.- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels.- Excellent client handling, team building, and leadership skills.- Experience working with diverse teams to achieve common goals.Thank you for considering this exciting opportunity at Accenture Strategy & Consultings Customer, Sales & Service practice.
