Job Description

    You will be responsible for managing marketing teams in various countries under the supervision of the Director of APAC. Your key responsibilities will include:- Establishing the marketing team structure and leading the team to achieve goals and project milestones- Planning and developing lead acquisition campaigns to achieve lead quantity and lead quality targets- Developing a go-to-market plan for potential new markets- Creating a retention marketing strategy to increase repeat customers- Managing branding marketing for local and regional marketing activities such as promotions, online marketing, CRM, and events- Developing a digital marketing strategy including SEO/SEM, database, and social media- Evaluating the effectiveness of each marketing channel and optimizing the results- Conducting market research to identify trends and insights in recent technology and market- Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners- Utilizing CRM system to evaluate customers data and activities- Researching and analyzing market trends to adjust business strategy- Forecasting marketing activities and managing budgets to achieve targets- Adhering to and implementing corporate culture across different countriesQualifications required for this role are:- Bachelors degree or above in Marketing, PR, or Communication- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the finance industry- Experience in the FX industry would be advantageous- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPlease note that the package details were not provided in the job description.
