Job Description

    As an Email Marketing Specialist (B2B) at Way.Com India Pvt Ltd, your primary focus will be on HubSpot and Partner Acquisition. You will have the opportunity to lead partner acquisition and retention strategies by developing and executing high-impact B2B email marketing strategies. Your role will involve designing, building, and optimizing complex automated workflows within HubSpot, managing and segmenting partner lists, conducting continuous A/B testing, collaborating with B2B sales and product teams, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with global email marketing best practices and privacy regulations.**Roles and Responsibilities:**- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute high-impact B2B email marketing strategies to drive partner engagement, lead conversion, and long-term retention.- HubSpot Automation: Design, build, and optimize complex automated workflows and lifecycle sequences within HubSpot.- B2B Segmentation: Manage and segment partner lists to deliver hyper-personalized, data-driven campaigns.- Optimization: Conduct continuous A/B testing on subject lines, send times, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.- Collaboration: Work closely with B2B sales and product teams to ensure email initiatives align with partner acquisition goals.- Analytics: Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.- Compliance: Ensure all B2B campaigns comply with global email marketing best practices and privacy regulations.**Preferred Skills:**- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in B2B email marketing, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or the mobility sector.- HubSpot Proficiency: Deep experience in CRM management, building automated workflows, and advanced report building.- Lifecycle Marketing: Strong understanding of the B2B buyers journey and lead scoring.- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design and troubleshooting.- Data-Driven: Proficiency in HubSpot Analytics, Google Analytics, and interpreting performance data.- Copywriting: Ability to write or guide professional, conversion-focused B2B copy.- Communication: Excellent collaboration skills to work across a global, cross-functional team.**Why Join Us **- Be part of a fast-growing, innovative company in the mobility and fintech space.- Work with a dynamic and passionate global team.- Opportunity to lead and influence the B2B email marketing strategy for a high-growth platform.
