Finance Regulatory and Accounting Reporting Lead

Role Overview:Financial and Regulatory Reporting team is responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial and regulatory reporting and analysis in accordance with internal policies and external frameworks. As the Finance Regulatory & Accounting Reporting Lead, you will manage a team of specialists and oversee various reporting processes. Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Production of over 100 regulatory reports for different regulators with approximately 1000 submissions annually- Internal reporting including balance sheet, P&L, and regional submissions of general ledger- External financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards- Leading continuous process improvement and automation efforts- Building strong relationships with onshore teams to align operating models with the Global strategy- Implementing controls across financial processes- Hiring, training, and developing team members- Representing the function in local forums and initiatives- Driving talent management agenda including acquisition, retention, training, and diversity- Providing career mobility opportunities through effective succession planningQualifications Required:- 15 years of experience in managing large teams- Strong background in process optimization and re-design- Experience in regulatory reporting within a multinational corporation- Familiarity with multiple GAAPs and accounting policies- Strategic thinking and ability to shape departments strategic vision- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills- Presentation skills to represent the function effectively- Motivated leader capable of working under pressureAbout the Company:Deutsche Bank Group is committed to fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
