Job Description

    As a highly driven Global Business Operations Manager, your role will involve leading and scaling international operations across multiple markets. You will be at the forefront of operations, supply chain, inventory management, technology platforms, business intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the central point of coordination between operations, warehouse, finance, and customer fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely flow of operational data.- Lead and mentor operations teams while fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.- Own end-to-end inventory accountability across procurement, storage, fulfillment, returns, and stock reconciliation processes.- Design and maintain comprehensive business intelligence dashboards and reporting frameworks to generate actionable insights.- Oversee order fulfillment, warehouse workflows, shipping operations, and last-mile logistics performance.- Manage and optimize operational platforms, ERP systems, inventory tools, and e-commerce integrations.- Maintain accurate operational documentation, process records, contracts, and compliance requirements.Qualification Required:- 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within D2C, e-commerce, retail, consumer brands, or supply chain-driven businesses.- Strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory reconciliation, and operational process management.- Proven experience managing global D2C business operations and multi-location fulfillment environments.- Hands-on experience with business intelligence dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance analytics.- Strong understanding of inventory controls, stock management, warehouse operations, and financial reconciliation processes.- Experience working with e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, logistics tools, and operational technologies.- Knowledge of last-mile logistics, returns management, reverse logistics, and customer fulfillment processes.- Advanced proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and operational data analysis.- Strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement, fulfillment, and operational scalability.- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.- Experience supporting international operations, cross-border logistics, or global supply chain environments is highly desirable.- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for building efficient systems and driving operational excellence.
