Job Description

    As the Head of Strategy & Operations at Pulse, the digital marketing vertical of 3minds, you will be responsible for leading a 3540-member team and overseeing the delivery of social media, SEO, and performance marketing projects. Your role will involve blending strategic vision with operational control to ensure profitable project execution, measurable client results, and team member growth. While not directly executing campaigns, you will need a strong understanding of each service to guide teams, make strategic decisions, and ensure client success.Key Responsibilities:- Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement marketing strategies for social, SEO, and performance marketing.Collaborate with creative, content, and media teams to transform strategies into impactful campaigns.Provide strategic insights for new business pitches in partnership with the sales team.Establish frameworks for measuring campaign performance, tracking ROI, and making data-driven decisions.Utilize AI-driven insights and stay informed about trends to enhance strategies.- Operational LeadershipManage all client projects from onboarding to final delivery.Supervise one-time and retainer projects to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Introduce systems and processes to improve efficiency and standardize operations.Enhance profitability through effective resource planning and financial monitoring.Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable, AI-enabled solutions for smoother workflows.- Team & People LeadershipLead, mentor, and motivate a team of 3540 members spanning strategy, accounts, SEO, performance, and social.Define clear Key Result Areas (KRAs) and growth paths to drive accountability and performance.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence while reducing individual dependency.Serve as a liaison between leadership, sales, and delivery teams to maintain alignment.Qualifications Required:- 10 years of experience in digital marketing and operations leadership, preferably within an agency setting.- Proficiency in social media, SEO, and performance marketing fundamentals.- Demonstrated ability to scale teams, optimize operations, and achieve profitability.- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, project management, and automation tools.- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.- Sound financial acumen for managing budgets, profitability, and resources effectively.If you join our team, you will lead one of the fastest-growing business units at 3minds, taking ownership of delivery, shaping strategy, and managing a team of 35 members.
