As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at One Health Assist, you will play a crucial role in leading the technology strategy, architecture, and execution of our holistic healthcare ecosystem. Your deep expertise in modern full-stack technologies, cloud infrastructure, and scalable system design will be instrumental in transforming healthcare with innovative, user-centric solutions.**Key Responsibilities:**- Define and execute the companys technology vision, roadmap, and architecture.- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.- Oversee end-to-end product engineering, from architecture to deployment.- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team.- Drive best practices in coding, security, DevOps, and system reliability.- Collaborate closely with product, business, and leadership teams to align technology with business goals.- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards (especially relevant for healthcare).- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.- Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring.**Technical Expertise:**- Backend: Node.js, Laravel (PHP), Python- Frontend: Next.js, React Native- Databases: MySQL, Redis, DocumentDB (NoSQL)- Messaging & Streaming: Kafka- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines- Architecture: Microservices, distributed systems, API design**Required Qualifications:**- Proven experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, or senior technology leader.- 15 years of software development experience, with at least 5-8 years in leadership roles.- Strong system design and architecture skills for scalable applications.- Experience managing cloud-native infrastructure (AWS preferred).- Deep understanding of DevOps, automation, and infrastructure-as-code.- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Join us at One Health Assist to lead the way in leveraging technology to empower individuals and families with preventive health solutions.
