As a Technology Leader at our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the software engineering strategy and technology roadmap to align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:- Defining and driving the software engineering strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.- Leading the development of enterprise-grade, scalable, secure, and high-availability platforms.- Ensuring adoption of modern architectures such as microservices, cloud-native platforms, APIs, and event-driven systems.In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for overseeing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. You will establish best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and engineering quality standards to deliver robust, high-quality software within timelines and budget.Furthermore, you will drive AI-enabled product capabilities and automation initiatives across platforms. You will lead the implementation of RPA solutions and BOT frameworks to automate business processes and identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, and data-driven engineering in enterprise solutions.Moreover, you will lead the modernization of legacy platforms and migration to cloud-native architectures. You will define engineering standards for scalability, security, resilience, and performance while evaluating and adopting emerging technologies and development platforms.As for your team leadership and talent development responsibilities, you will build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams across multiple technology domains. You will foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and engineering excellence while driving hiring, capability development, and succession planning within the engineering function.Your collaboration skills will be crucial as you work with product management, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions. You will provide technical guidance and governance across cross-functional initiatives.Qualifications Required:- 1518 years of experience in software development and engineering leadership.- Strong experience in building enterprise-scale applications and platforms.- Deep knowledge of modern development frameworks, cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and API-based systems.- Experience with AI enablement, intelligent automation, RPA platforms, and BOT development.- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering productivity tools.- Proven ability to lead large engineering teams and manage complex technology programs.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
