Job Description

Your role as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) will involve supporting the business in driving performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness in alignment with company goals. Here is what you will be responsible for:- Align HR initiatives with business objectives and strategic goals in collaboration with the HRBP Manager.- Contribute to talent strategies including workforce planning, succession planning, and development programs to attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent.- Collaborate on organizational change management efforts by advising leaders on team structures and supporting change management and organizational design.- Guide managers and teams through the performance management cycle and analyze engagement survey results to enhance the employee experience.- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, document employee relations matters, and escalate complex issues as necessary.- Utilize key HR metrics to support decision-making and provide actionable insights to business leaders.- Facilitate coaching sessions for people managers and senior leaders, and provide logistical and administrative support for leadership activities.To succeed in this role, you will need:- A Bachelors/Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 5-8 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role, preferably in a matrix/global organization.- Hands-on experience with talent management, employee engagement, and performance frameworks.- Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism, and a data-driven approach.- Proficiency in HR systems and tools.At Newfold Digital, you will enjoy a flexible work environment with options for work-from-home, hybrid, or work-from-the-office scenarios, ensuring work-life balance.
