This role requires experience working in both corporate and IT-related environments, supporting professional and technical teams in a fast-paced international business setting. Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee administration across the APAC region Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding Coordinate recruitment activities for both corporate and IT-related positions Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for technical and professional roles Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and compliance reporting Support payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits administration Ensure HR processes comply with local labor laws and company policies across APAC countries Partner with department managers to support workforce planning and talent acquisition needs Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and organizational development activities Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive employee informationKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Timely and effective recruitment support for corporate and IT positions Strong employee onboarding and retention experience Accurate and compliant HR documentation and reportingRequired Skills & Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field 35 years of HR experience in corporate and/or IT environments Experience supporting recruitment for technical or IT-related roles preferred Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and labor law compliance Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems/platformsPreferred Experience- Experience supporting regional organizations Exposure to industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technology industries Experience working across multiple APAC countries and cultures Familiarity with HRIS systems, recruitment platforms, and digital HR toolsWhat Were Looking For- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, growth-focused setting Strong relationship-building and communication skills Self-driven, adaptable, and collaborative team player Someone motivated to grow long-term within a global organization- Employment Type: Full-time .
