HR Generalist

Role Overview:You will be joining Logward as an HR Generalist, playing a crucial role in bridging general HR operations, talent acquisition, and cultural development. Your responsibilities will involve managing day-to-day HR workflows, hiring processes, and ensuring the thriving culture and high morale at Logward.Key Responsibilities:- Manage relationships with external HR vendors and partners to ensure seamless delivery, operational efficiency, and local legal compliance across payroll, benefits, and insurance.- Facilitate and coordinate the bi-annual 9-box performance assessment process to empower managers for structured feedback and career development paths.- Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle management, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and managing departures with professionalism.- Partner closely with hiring managers to define team requirements, streamline recruitment pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.- Partner cross-functionally to embed, scale, and evolve the Logward culture, driving alignment and ensuring core company values resonate in everyday actions.- Design, execute, and monitor initiatives for sustaining high morale and establishing structured feedback loops for actionable improvements.- Act as a high-empathy point of contact for team members, fostering transparent relationships and advocating collaboration within the People function.Qualifications:- Approximately 34 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a similar generalist role.- Highly autonomous, self-directed, and resilient professional who can drive results independently.- Preferred qualifications include prior experience in fast-growing SaaS, Freight Forwarding, or supply chain technology environments, fluency in an additional language, high emotional intelligence, communication excellence, ownership mindset, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.Additional Information:You will be joining a fast-moving company that values ambition, care, delivery, and collaboration.
