    As an Employee Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing assistance to employees with HR-related issues and inquiries. Your key responsibilities will include:- Serving as the initial point of contact for employees seeking help with HR matters- Offering accurate information and support on HR policies, procedures, and benefits- Resolving employee concerns promptly and escalating complex issues when neededIn terms of HR Administrative Tasks, you will be responsible for:- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation- Maintaining and updating employee records in the HR system- Supporting the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and eventsYour duties will also involve Documentation and Reporting:- Preparing HR documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, and termination letters- Generating and analyzing reports on HR metrics and employee inquiries- Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all HR activitiesEffective Communication is key in this role:- Providing timely and accurate responses to HR inquiries from employees- Collaborating with other HR team members to deliver consistent and efficient HR support- Assisting in the distribution of HR-related communications and announcementsFurthermore, you will be involved in Process Improvement:- Identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes and employee support services- Participating in HR projects and initiatives focused on improving the employee experience- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in HR support and help desk managementQualifications required for this role include:- Any Graduate for UG- Any Postgraduate for PG- Doctorate Not RequiredThis Employee Support position falls under the Employee Relations category within the Human Resources department of a Recruitment / Staffing firm.
