Job Description

    As an HRBP Lead at Infosys Global Markets Operations, your primary purpose is to work with cross-functional teams to drive system enhancement and process improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for preparing key analytics, benchmarking, and research reports to analyze the business implications of HR initiatives. Your role involves identifying strategic HR interventions, guiding teams on deployment of HR processes, tracking and ensuring compliance, and contributing to the capability building of your team. Your objective is to ensure compliance and provide high-quality services to stakeholders within the resources provided and the policies of the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Be the voice of business to suggest HR practices that support business objectives- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and solutions- Proactively liaise and consult with business stakeholders to understand changing needs and suggest solutions aligned to priorities- Facilitate end-to-end HR needs for the business related to Talent Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Staffing, Succession Planning, Organization Structure, and Skills Assessments- Continually evaluate existing work processes and prospective processes to ensure effective resource utilization- Audit and recommend updates to HR data and systems in your portfolio- Assist with all audit requests (external & internal) related to the employee life cycleQualifications Required:- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role- Strong understanding of HR best practices and current regulations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders- Project management skills for handling various HR initiatives- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends- Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices- Experience in managing end-to-end employee life cycle processes- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAt Infosys Global Markets Operations, we value innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement in our HR practices.
