Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be a crucial part of the Human Resources team at Asian Heart Institute, Mumbai, as a Senior HR Executive. Your responsibilities will revolve around managing various HR functions to ensure seamless operations that align with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities:- Attendance & Payroll Input: - Manage attendance and leave records for staff and doctors using ARSWIN or equivalent software. - Accurately calculate leaves, late marks, mispunches, and absenteeism. - Prepare monthly attendance inputs for payroll.- Employee Records & MIS: - Maintain and update personnel files and ex-employee records. - Create and manage HR MIS reports and databases for internal use and audits.- Confirmations, Exits & F&F: - Notify HODs about upcoming confirmations and coordinate tests/assessments. - Issue confirmation reports and letters after approvals. - Handle full and final settlements, including calculations and submission to finance. - Coordinate PF and gratuity withdrawals, liaising with insurance and PF agents.- Employee Welfare & Engagement: - Plan and execute staff welfare programs including annual day, rewards, celebrations, etc. - Coordinate nominations, trophy/certificate arrangements, and feedback collection. - Support mediclaim data management, reimbursements, and staff sessions during induction.- Grievance Redressal: - Address queries from employees and doctors regarding leave, attendance, policies, etc. - Escalate and support resolution of grievances in coordination with HR Manager.- Compliance & Confidentiality: - Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data and organizational processes. - Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance in all operations.Qualification Required:- MBA, preferably with specialization in HR.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.- Healthcare or Hospital Industry background is preferred.About Asian Heart Institute:Asian Heart Institute is Indias leading cardiac hospital, renowned for its incorporation of the latest technological advances and ethical practices to provide quality heart care at reasonable costs.
