HR Service Delivery Senior Analyst- HR Operations

Job Description

As a HR Service Delivery Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be aligned to the Human Resources vertical where you will play a crucial role in various people-related functions such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development, and culture. Your primary responsibility will be to provide backend HR services to business operations. Your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing HR Delivery Strategy to enhance the overall employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. You will be required to provide coaching and guidance to account/engagement leads and employees, coordinate HR activities, and work on HR Operations processes including recruitment, WFA, Benefits, Exit, Payroll, LOA, etc.**Key Responsibilities:**- Analyze and solve moderately complex problems- Create new solutions, leveraging existing methods and procedures- Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and align team goals accordingly**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors degree in any discipline- At least 4 years of experience in client/stakeholder engagement in an outsourcing environment- Team management experience- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset- Resilience and ability to work under pressure- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Ability to work in flexible shifts, including weekends- Passing the psychometric test is mandatory- Experience in BPO industry- Knowledge of MS Excel and Word- Knowledge of US WFA processPlease note that working from the office is mandatory for this position.Accenture is a global professional services company known for its leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.
