Human Resources (HR) Internship

Job Description

As a selected intern at Vetic, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the holistic care of pets by supporting various HR activities at our clinics in the city. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:- Acting as the primary HR point of contact for the assigned clinics and providing support to employees and clinic leadership during your daily visits- Assisting in end-to-end employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, confirmations, role changes, and exits- Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters in coordination with the central HR team- Driving employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture at the clinics- Supporting performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles- Coordinating with HR Operations and payroll teams for attendance, leave, and basic payroll inputs- Assisting in workforce planning, manpower requirements, and hiring coordination for the clinics- Maintaining accurate employee data, documentation, and regional MIS reportsAbout the Company:At Vetic, we are dedicated to providing pets with holistic, advanced, and compassionate healthcare services, making it accessible and stress-free across India.
