    Letsreach is a YouTube-focused influencer marketing agency, based in Abu Dhabi, working with tech, gaming and entertainment brands across the US, UK, and Australia. See our work: letsreach.io.Were hiring Partnerships Managers to work directly with the founders either managing creator relationships and deals, or owning brand accounts and closing repeat business. Tell us which side fits you when you apply.You will:Manage relationships with YouTube creators or client brandsPitch, negotiate and close dealsOwn a target and drive it without being chasedUse AI tools daily to move fastYou need:2 years experience (creator side) or 4 years in account management/partnerships/sales (brand side) not your first jobExcellent written and spoken English; confident on calls with US/UK/AustraliaStrong at negotiation, follow-through and relationship-buildingCreator economy or agency experience is a plusNot for you if: you need to be told what to do, or youre juggling other jobs on the side.Details: Fully remote, full-time (40 hrs/week), from anywhere in India, with some overlap with GST (UTC4). 9,00,00011,50,000/year.
