    As a Customer Support Executive in the International Voice Process, your role will involve providing exceptional customer support to international clients. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, maintain professionalism, and document interactions accurately. Your key responsibilities include:- Handling inbound and outbound calls for international customers- Resolving customer queries and providing accurate information promptly- Maintaining professionalism and empathy during client interactions- Documenting interactions and updating systems as per guidelines- Meeting performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfactionTo excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:- 1-4 years of experience in international voice process or customer support- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English- Ability to handle international clients and adapt to different cultural contexts- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM toolsIn addition to the above, you should be comfortable with night shifts and rotational shifts. A graduation degree in any discipline is preferred. You should also thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.
