Job Description

    As an Inside Sales Executive at V CATCH, a Bangalore-based contact center operating on Six-Sigma standards, you will play a crucial role in the healthcare domain. Your primary responsibility will be to handle outbound and inbound calls to qualify leads, explain healthcare-related services or solutions, and convert prospects into customers. You will need to identify new business opportunities, follow up on warm leads, maintain an organized sales pipeline, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets. Building strong relationships with healthcare clients, addressing inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience are integral parts of your daily interactions. Collaborating closely with operations and account management teams, you will share feedback from customers to support continuous improvement in service delivery.Key Responsibilities:- Handle outbound and inbound calls to qualify leads and convert prospects into customers- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on warm leads- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and strive to meet or exceed sales targets- Build strong relationships with healthcare clients, address inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience- Collaborate with operations and account management teams to support continuous improvement in service deliveryQualifications:- Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills with a track record of meeting targets in a fast-paced environment- Solid Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally and empathetically with healthcare clients- Basic computer proficiency and CRM usage skills to document calls and update records accurately- Prior experience in healthcare sales, BPO, or contact centers preferred- Customer-focused mindset and ability to work in rotational shifts if required- Bachelors degree in any discipline preferred; relevant experience in inside sales will also be consideredJoin V CATCH, a company dedicated to delivering cost-effective call center services with a focus on improving client ROI through efficient, high-quality customer engagement.
