Job Description

    As an AM/DM Conversion (Inside Sales) at the company located in Noida Sec 127, with a CTC of 60K, you will play a vital role in handling inside sales operations aimed at converting leads into visits for a stroke rehab center. It is essential for you to have 7-15 years of experience, with a focus on healthcare.**Role Overview:**You will be responsible for handling inside sales activities, including calling leads, counseling patients, and successfully converting them into center visits. The leads will be provided through CRM, and you will be required to manage a team as well.**Key Responsibilities:**- Call and convert leads into center visits- Provide patient counseling and follow-ups- Manage leads effectively through CRM- Handle and drive team performance- Achieve individual and team targets**Qualifications Required:**- 7-15 years of experience in Inside Sales/Telesales- Healthcare/hospital experience is preferred- Team handling experience- Strong English communication skills (mandatory)- Good closing and negotiation skillsPlease note that immediate joiners and male candidates are preferred for this position.
